Guy Philippe Beaulieu
Guy Philippe Beaulieu has a university background in Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) and in Psychology. Before starting Prévention et Formation MGP, he gained his first experience in the heavy industry from 1981 to the end of 1982. Then, he joined the Health and Safety Service of an important public utilities company where he developed his expertise in prevention management, training, road safety, management of occupational injury files and management of workplace attendance. He supervised this team from 1988 to 2000. Afterward, he managed during eight years the OH&S department of an important consulting firm where his skills were put to use in various management projects, including OH&S, customized training and prevention on construction sites. Guy Philippe Beaulieu performed interventions in every economic activity field of organizations with a regional, national and international reach.
Mathieu Tremblay is a Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP) and holds a M.B.A. in Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, both from Laval University. Before starting Prevention et Formation MGP, he worked for two consulting firms during five years, where he performed several interventions in OH&S prevention management. Among other things, he designed and gave customized training sessions in various spheres of OH&S such as confined spaces, lockout/tagout, and fall protection. He also developed and implemented several customized prevention programs, one of which was designed for an international company. Mathieu Tremblay gained his expertise in various sectors such as municipal and governmental organizations as well as small, medium and large companies.
